Baked Peaches
3 Ripe peaches, halved and pitted
place halves in baking dish, cut side up. Whisk together olive oil, Old State Farms maple syrup, brandy, bourbon or rum (optional) brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon and salt. Spoon mixture over cut peaches, bake in pre heated oven at 350 for 30 minutes. Remove and serve with vanilla ice cream, yogurt or fresh whipped cream.
