My gift box was damaged by the post office. I wanted to thank you for your prompt response and replacement that you sent last week. I received the replacement package within a few days. Your responsiveness and concern for your customers certainly came through. I will definitely be doing business with you in the future and share my positive thoughts with friends and co-workers.
